Vehicle Accident In The Village Of Cochranville

On March 15th, 2022 The Cochranville Fire Company and Christiana EMS were dispatched to the area of Limestone Road and Gap Newport Pike for an auto accident.

Ambulance 46-1 and Chief 27 (Null) responded and were advised that the call was being upgraded with ALS due to the reports. Chief 27 arrived to find a 2 vehicle accident with multiple patients. Ambulance 46-1 arrived and started to provide care to the injured patients. 27 units arrived and controlled the hazards on the vehicles and assisted EMS with patient packaging.

Ambulance 46-1 transported 1 subject to an area hospital for their injuries which were sustained as a result of the accident. Ambulance 46-1 also obtained 2 refusals from other patients involved in the accident. The FD remained on the scene to await a local tow company.
