What a historic moment to have the privilege to be in medicine, with all its heartache and all its uplifting moments as well. Go forth and put your skills and passions to work caring for your patients and their families. They need you now more than ever.

We are so proud of you! Take a moment to acknowledge all your accomplishments. Now, as a Paramedic grad, it is predetermined that you will go on to be a leader in whatever path you chose.

Our advice is this: Continue to question everything and don’t blend in but stand out. Be empowered to highlight inequalities and affect change wherever you go. You have been given the skills, now go and use them! As you enter the field of medicine during this time, you must be brave, but remember you are not alone. You will always have this community by your side.
