As of 00:00 hours tonight the community will say farewell to our local hospital Brandywine Hospital. This will be a sad day for many in our community with such great memories over the years such as the Strawberry Festival which was held on the hospital's grounds to the many community events conducted at the hospital. Brandywine Hospital even conducted a nursing program which has graduated many of the best nurses in the business today. Brandywine Hospital for sure had some of the most caring and best employees from nurses and physicians down to janitorial and dietary staff which is what made this hospital one of the best in the nation. Brandywine Hospital may be gone but the building and your staff will never be forgotten.

The Christiana Community Ambulance Association would like to wish all of the staff from the past to the present good luck in your future endeavors.
